Product Refund/Return Policy

We are committed in ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have purchased from www.dartstudio.inHowever, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, www.dartstudio.infollows the below mentioned Refund/Return Policy.

Damaged/Tampered Delivery

Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our customer care for replacement, immediately.

Damaged/Defective Product

In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the customer care within 3 working days for a refund/replacement. Only genuine mistakes like size, colour, loss in transit, mispricing will be accepted.
Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.

Returning the product

In an unlikely event when the product you have received has some genuine defect then we will definitely take the product back and will not only refund you the entire amount paid but will also take care this event will not happen again. For initiating the return / replacement process, you may contact our Customer Care and request for a return/replacement. You just have to send the defective product back to us from the same courier (designated courier of D’ART STUDIO). Our team will inspect the defect and in case of genuine defects we will replace the product or will pay you back the amount you have spent. Return/replacement of the product is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible.
Any product can be exchanged with a product of same amount. Exchange of the product will depend upon the availability of the demanded product if the product is not available then amount will be refunded.

Time Limit

In case of return/replacement/exchange, customer has to initiate the process within 72 hours after receiving the product delivery from the courier.

Price of Return

Cost associated with any return or exchange will be borne by the company and customer does not need to pay.


  • If the payment is made by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
  • If the payment was by Cash on Delivery / Cash before Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:
    Your name (as on your bank account) and the Order ID
  • The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash on Delivery and Cash before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
  • Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
